Our Digital Leaders are very (rightly) excited about the arrival of our school setof 30 BBC Microbits. We have been busy putting them together and will begin exploring what they can do!

Drop-in session on Google Drive for staff

Following our recent vlog, Digital Leaders ran a 'drop-in' session on the use of Google Drive which was open to Teachers and Teaching Assistants in school. Staff members came along to ask questions about how to save and share work on this platform and Digital Leaders were able to guide and give advice on how best to maximise its use. Mrs Shaw said about the session, "The Digital Leaders were excellent: they were very knowledgeable and were able to help me see how Google Drive can work for me." Well done, DLs!

Scratch Surgery

Follow our recent video guide, a ‘drop-in’ session, ‘Scratch Surgery’, was hosted by Digital Leaders and was a huge success. Children from different classes came to the Computing Suite for advice and tips on their own coding journey. We will plan another session soon.
