Maths

Today, we looked at partitioning again and Part-Whole models. We tried to partition the number in different ways. The children all worked extremely well and we able to discuss the numbers in terms of how many hundreds there were and how many ones. 
This morning, Y4 partitioned 4 digit numbers. We spoke about thousands, hundreds, tens and ones. They were able to use Base 10 and Place Value counters.
