Complete the reading comprehension and activity sheets regarding Osiris of Ancient Egypt. There is a three chapter short story and comprehension sheet for each chapter. Then read the description of Osiris and complete comprehension 4. The final part is a mummy poem and comprehension 5. Each piece of reading comprehension also has an activity sheet. Complete the e-book Raider's Peril. (See email from school for download)

Start again from Chapter 1 if you wish. Then complete a book review that addresses the following points:

Brief summary of the story.

If you liked the book? Why/why not?

What you as the author might have changed/had the characters do differently in your own version.

Who would you recommend the book to and why?

Over the course of the next two weeks, read chapters 1-3 of Raider's Peril then answer the comprehension questions. Start with the two star sheet. Finding it too hard, go back and try the one star sheet. Finding it too easy, complete the three star sheet.

 

Then complete the punctuation and grammar sheet. Start with the one star activity and challenge yourself to work your way through to the three star activity.
