Here are some examples of our expanded noun phrases designed to help us create some observational poetry. They are creative ways to describe everyday objects in the playground.

 

The water catching, leaf-infested, rectangular long line. - Drain

We have been looking at observational poetry and how authors create imagary through expanded noun phrases. We went outside to gain some inspiration for our own observational poetry.
